Listing Processes in C#

If you need to get a list of processes in .NET use the Process.GetProcesses() method from System.Diagnostics namespace.

Notice the try catch in the code to prevent access denied exceptions.

using System;
using System.Diagnostics;

namespace GenericExamples
{
    class Program
    {
        static void Main()
        {

            Array.ForEach(
                Process.GetProcesses(),
                x =>
                    {
                        try
                        {
                            Console.WriteLine("{0}, {1}, {2}, {3}, {4}", x.Id, x.ProcessName, x.Threads.Count, x.PriorityClass,
                                              x.WorkingSet64);
                        }catch{}
                    }
                );

            Console.ReadKey();

        }
    }
}
